The Vetwell Approach

Hospital Design

Designed for comfort, built for care.
Vetwell's hospital features a lounge-style reception, transparent treatment areas, and even a lookout into our surgery suite. With amenities like a kids' playroom, dedicated comfort room, and a signature mezzanine overlooking the hospital, we offer an experience that prioritizes the well-being of pets, their families, and the care team as a whole.

Technology

We're deepening our connection with you, not dialling it down.
Our use of technology allows us to keep our focus where it matters - on your pet’s health and happiness. From Canada's most comprehensive 24/7 telemedicine, Smart.Vet, to seamless online scheduling, our digital suite simplifies healthcare for pets and their owners while enabling our team to deliver more personalized, effective care.

Staff Wellness

Healthy teams, exceptional care.
In an industry facing a labour crisis and record levels of burnout, Vetwell stands apart by prioritizing team wellness. We understand that delivering an elevated level of veterinary service starts with a solid, happy care team. From generous benefits to mental health support, we invest in our staff's well-being to ensure they can provide the best care possible for you.

Our Mission

To redefine the veterinary experience for pets and their people by making transparency, comfort and innovation our standard.
